Recruitment and Screening

At Adept Staffing Solutions, we strive to carefully match the employee to the employer’s specific needs and environment. We are extremely thorough and detailed, and always place the employer’s – as well as the candidate’s – safety and well being first. In addition, we want to be able to offer stability and consistency for our clients. We only consider applicants who come to us through personal referral. Other qualifications include candidates who have worked in their position for a minimum of two years or more with one employer in the United States. All applicants, regardless of their past employers and work history, go through the same screening process. Lastly, all of our candidates agree to a complete criminal background check, financial report and standard confidentiality requirements.

We interview our candidates in person. Each candidate is assessed for overall personality, disposition, flexibility, communication abilities, self-confidence and presentation. Appropriate conduct is also evaluated. All letters of reference are thoroughly checked, including the verification of all written letters of reference.
